What our clients has us doing this month................

Our clients of the present has kept us busy with small upgrades and some winter/summer upgrades.

Winter/Summer upgrades are good, it ensures that heat don't escape and cold air stays in place.

We have found hollow spaces between windows and the rough framing itself. We performed corrective measures of applying foam in the hollow area to ensure complete blockage of cold air from collecting there which cause leakage to the room.

We also have been removing rugs and installing floating floors. With the season being as cold as it have no air is really circulating in the house and dust has become a problem. You can tell this by looking at your dining room table. If its dusty and was dusted a few days ago then the carpet is contributing to the dust with every step you take.

This is mostly what has been going on this month of January.

Here you can see the void in between the frame of the window and the framing of the house. The picture to the left shows a little insulation in it. I can tell you it want much........

These pics show you what it should look like if its is todays standards. Once the foam had a few minutes to expand, we shaved away the over coverage and reinstalled the trim. Now these windows are doing what they suppose to be doing, keeping the outside outside, the inside, inside. Is yours???????
